Responding to Customer Feedback

August 06, 2020

👇 This wasn’t a product quote at all, but I made an adjustment to make it applicable…

When customer feedback is immediate, clear, and concrete, our teams learn quickly.

When customer feedback is delayed, abstract, and opaque, our teams rarely learn.

I typically just think to improve that first facet — how can we get feedback as quickly as possible, but it’s interesting to think even deeper. Clear vs. abstract. Concrete vs. opaque. I’m sure there are additional facets as well. — User-centered vs. technology-centered?

This is your name goes.
Or whatever, you make the rules.
